I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the lively Old Town of Hanoi. The location was perfect, right in the city center and conveniently placed near Hoan Kiem Lake and all the main sights. They even remembered my name, which made me feel welcomed and valued. The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice view of the old quarter. The Wi-Fi worked well, which was important for me as I was there on a work trip. And to top it off, breakfast was included, making it great value for money.
Everything was fine, nothing to complain about.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in the heart of the Old Quarter district. The hotel is conveniently located in the city center, surrounded by many shop houses. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, with Miss Huong and Miss Linh standing out for their helpfulness. We enjoyed the amazing breakfast with pho soup prepared every day, and they even provided a lunch box for us when we had an early morning excursion. The hotel facilities were clean and cozy, and we appreciated their honesty when they helped us get a partial refund for a tour we couldn't fully participate in.
Nothing, all was good.

Great location! Close to many restaurants and shops. the room was comfortable and had all of the necessary amenities, including a hairdryer and a mini-fridge. the breakfast buffet offered a decent selection of food.
The walls were too thin, and I could hear everything happening in the hallway and the adjacent rooms. there was a strange smell in the bathroom, which made it hard to use.

We stayed in a charming hotel located in a bustling area with easy access to the Old Quarter. the staff was welcoming and helpful, always ready to assist with directions or suggestions. Our room was comfortable, with a modern bathroom and a delicious breakfast offered in the downstairs dining area. the standout feature was the staff's willingness to go above and beyond; they assisted with transportation and even arranged a special vegetarian breakfast for my daughter.
The beds in our room were quite old and uncomfortable.

The hotel had a good breakfast spread and comfortable beds. It was also located close to a lot of Christmas festivities which made it very convenient for us to explore the city. the staff was polite and always willing to help with directions and recommendations.
The hotel lacked proper insulation and we could hear noise from the streets and the neighboring rooms which was a disturbance during the night. The shower spray was also weak and the water temperature fluctuated which was not comfortable.
